Customer Care

Our shipments are sent via LA POSTE FRANCE and are carbon neutral requested meaning our postage service also cares about the climate change and supports projects that offset the emissions of the shipment's transport.


Make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter any address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. 

Once your items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit. Standard shipping will not track your order for your safety we recommend selecting tracking.

Wholesale Inquiries

Should you wish to order wholesale please contact us first at We will discuss your request and you will receive an invoice. Please provide the following information to precess your order: 

  • Store Name + Your Name

  • Types of products you sell

  • Store location (Brick + Mortar. Online or Both?)

A minimum order must be placed in order to qualify for wholesale. If interested in only the accessories (hats, scrunchies and bandanas) we request a minimum  of:

  • 20 Bucket Hats and/or

  • 30 Bandanas and/or

  • 30 Scrunchies 

If also interested in clothing pieces, a minimum of 6 pieces must be ordered. 

Opening orders + reorders will receive a 30% discount from the original price you see on our site. We are open to negotiation based on the quantity ordered. 

Order processing time typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
